Land for sale in Lyminge - Longage Hill, opposite Sibton Park

Lyminge is a small rural village in the Elham Valley. This agricultural land is in open countryside outside the village envelope with a public right of way footpath across it.

Lyminge Parish Council is advising anyone considering the purchase of part of this land that planning permission for residential development is very unlikely to be granted and that prospective purchasers should contact the Planning Department of Shepway District Council to obtain information on planning restrictions prior to purchase.
