There were 4 performances of the Audio-Visual Experience in Lyminge Village Hall and over 2 people of all ages saw just how much life has changed during Her Majesty’s reign. The Experience included a 50 minute show, static exhibitions, potted histories, an interactive display, two live sketches and ended with a personal appearance. Refreshments supplied by the Guides.
The Parish Picnic Party had events on Tayne Field and music from Tundra and The Stompers in the Tayne Centre Hall along with the Jubilee Art Exhibition and Portrait of the Queen Competition..
The Grand Inter-Village Jubilee Cart Race – from Tayne Field to Etchinghill Village Hall – had entries from young and…. not so young!!
